Mohammad Tariq Saeed is a seasoned architect and the current Vice President of Design and Chief Architect at Orbit Group. With over 30 years of professional experience, his career has spanned notable public sector firms like NESPAK, respected private firms such as Nayyer Ali Dada & Associates, and international work with ArchCorp in the UAE.

A recipient of several national awards, he has also participated in various international competitions. His extensive experience includes working as a Project Architect on large-scale and complex projects, with expertise in concept development, design, coordination, and preparing tender documents. He holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) from the National College of Arts in Lahore, graduating in 1987.

Syed Qaiser Habibi is an experienced design professional with over 42 years in the field. As the Chief Designer at Orbit Developers, he oversees and manages all projects within the Orbit Group, including designing finishes, landscape layouts, and building interiors and exteriors. He began his career as a Senior Graphic Designer at Midas (Pvt.) Ltd. Limited and worked as a lecturer at the National College of Arts. Since 1990, he has successfully operated as a freelance design consultant, creating murals and artworks for a diverse range of clients, including military institutions, hospitals, commercial banks, and residential developments. His artistic work has been showcased in numerous solo and group exhibitions in Lahore and the UK. He holds a Diploma in Design from the National College of Arts.

Azhar Mahmood is a results-oriented professional with over 28 years of experience in operations and marketing. As the General Manager of Operations & Marketing at Orbit Group since 2014, he has been instrumental in project launches, Operational and marketing planning and sales for real estate projects.

His extensive background includes leadership roles such as General Manager at EHFPRO Private Limited, Chief Operating Officer for Centers For Trade & Technician Skills, and COO at a leading TV production house, Studio63 Private Limited. He also served as General Manager of Operations at Central Media Network (Pakistan’s first real estate satellite TV channel) and as Manager of Project Development for the Government of Punjab. His diverse expertise spans project lifecycle management, business development, team leadership, and digital marketing. He holds an MBA and began his career in sales and marketing.

Tariq Hussain is a seasoned architect with over 28 years of experience and currently serves as the Vice President of Project Acquisition for the Orbit Group. In this role, he is responsible for Land acquisition, the crucial initial design and feasibility assessments of all new projects.

Hussain’s extensive portfolio showcases his versatility, encompassing the design of various project types, including:

• Malls
• High-rise towers
• Residential apartments
• Housing schemes

Some of his notable projects include:

• Springs developments: Springs Islamabad Expressway, Springs Canal (Lahore), Springs Gaddafi (Lahore), Springs Atrium (Lahore), and Springs 47 (Lahore).
• Pace projects: Pace Woodland, Pace Shopping Malls (in Lahore, Gujrat, and Gujranwala), and Pace Tower.
• Financial institutions: Head offices and branches for various banks, such as Union Bank, Askari Commercial Bank, Faysal Investment Bank, and Indus Bank.

Hira Khan is a highly experienced Head of Sales at Orbit Group with a decade-long track record in the real estate and other industries. Over six years, she successfully drove over PKR 6 billion in sales for the Springs projects, showcasing her strong skills in negotiation, customer service, and business development. Before joining Orbit, she served as Manager of Business Development at Zameen.com.

She holds an MSC in Geography with a specialization in GIS from Government College University, Faisalabad.

Naeem Nadeem is a seasoned finance professional with 20 years of experience in finance and accounting. Since joining the Orbit Group in 2012, he has held the key position of Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.

• Accounting, inventory management, and payroll systems
